iTech MK – Terms & Conditions

1. Contract and Order Confirmation
Once you’ve reviewed and confirmed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email followed by a dispatch email when your invoice has been processed. Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery online.
2. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP). If you’re paying in another currency, conversion will be handled automatically by your payment provider (e.g. PayPal or your bank).
Your total cost includes the product price and any applicable delivery fees, shown clearly before checkout.
3. Delivery and Collection

All UK orders are shipped via one of our chosen carriers, with a handling time of 1 - 5 working days.

Orders are sent to the delivery address provided at checkout, unless we’ve confirmed a change via email.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll do our best to deliver within the stated timeframe for your chosen delivery option, we cannot, however be responsible for delays due to carriers.
4. Backorder Items
Products marked as backorder will typically ship within 7–14 working days.
If we’re unable to fulfil your order, we’ll issue a full refund promptly.
5. Returns and Cancellations
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as per UK Consumer Contract Regulations.

Items must be returned in their original “as sold” condition, including any accessories or free gifts.

You must take reasonable care of the goods while they’re in your possession.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
If you simply changed your mind, return postage costs are your responsibility. For faulty items, see section 6 below.
6. Faulty Goods
We aim to offer a 24–72 hour turnaround for faulty returns. Once your item is received, we’ll repair or replace it as quickly as possible.
Please note:

Faults caused by accidental damage, neglect, misuse, or unauthorised repair are not covered under warranty.

If your item is damaged due to accident or misuse, we can provide a quote for repair if pre-arranged.
When returning items:

Ensure they are securely packaged and clearly labelled.

Include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return.

Remove all iCloud locks and passcodes.
-
You are responsible for loss or damage in transit.

Refunds or replacements are only issued once the item has been received.

Postage costs may be reimbursed if the return is authorised by us.
7. Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and as described.
If your parcel is missing, damaged, or incorrect:

Check your tracking number in the dispatch email.

All devices are graded by condition:

Grade A (Excellent): Minimal to no marks; near new condition.

Grade B (Good): Light - moderate wear, small scratches, marks or dents.
-
Grade C (Fair): Noticeable cosmetic wear, may include several scratches, scuffs or dents.
We are happy to exchange or refund any item within the above timeframes if you’re not fully satisfied.
8. Warranty
All devices come with a warranty period as detailed below:

Unlocked iPhones: 12-month warranty

iPads: 12-month warranty (or longer, depending on model)

Network-locked devices: Warranty as stated in the individual product listing
Warranty covers manufacturing and functional defects only.
It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.
⚠️ Warranties apply to consumer purchases only. Wholesale or trade buyers are covered by separate terms (see section below).
9. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Your information is used solely to process your order and will never be shared with third parties.
Devices returned to us that are iCloud locked may be securely wiped if sufficient proof of ownership is provided.
10. General Terms
All transactions and non-contractual obligations are governed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without notice.
Wholesale Terms & Conditions

No refunds will be issued for wholesale purchases. Credits or replacements will be provided where applicable.

Returns must be flagged as faulty within 14 days of receipt and include a completed return form.

Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Free shipping may be offered depending on order size.

Prices are for handset only; accessories and boxes are available at an additional cost.
